Ingredients
  

For the Chicken

  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil or vegetable oil

For the Bang Bang Sauce

  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 3 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
  • 1–2 teaspoons sriracha (adjust to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon rice vinegar or lime juice

For the Bowl

  • 2 cups cooked white or brown rice
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1 cup sliced cucumber
  • 1 cup shredded cabbage or lettuce
  • 2 green onions sliced

Garnishes

  • Sesame seeds for garnish
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, combine flour, salt, and black pepper. Toss chicken pieces in the mixture until fully coated.
  • Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the chicken until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  • In a separate bowl, mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, honey, and rice vinegar or lime juice to make the Bang Bang sauce.
  • To assemble the bowls, place rice at the bottom, top with chicken, shredded carrots, cucumber, cabbage or lettuce, and green onions. Drizzle with Bang Bang sauce and garnish with sesame seeds and fresh cilantro.

Notes

You can adjust the spiciness of the sauce by adding more or less sriracha according to your taste.
