1lbboneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs, cut into bite-sized pieces

For the Bang Bang Sauce
½cupmayonnaise
3tablespoonssweet chili sauce
1–2teaspoonssriracha (adjust to taste)
1teaspoonhoney
1teaspoonrice vinegar or lime juice
For the Bowl
2cupscooked white or brown rice
1cupshredded carrots
1cupsliced cucumber
1cupshredded cabbage or lettuce
2green onionssliced
Garnishes
Sesame seedsfor garnish
Fresh cilantrofor garnish
Instructions
In a mixing bowl, combine flour, salt, and black pepper. Toss chicken pieces in the mixture until fully coated.
Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the chicken until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
In a separate bowl, mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, honey, and rice vinegar or lime juice to make the Bang Bang sauce.
To assemble the bowls, place rice at the bottom, top with chicken, shredded carrots, cucumber, cabbage or lettuce, and green onions. Drizzle with Bang Bang sauce and garnish with sesame seeds and fresh cilantro.
Notes
You can adjust the spiciness of the sauce by adding more or less sriracha according to your taste.
