For the Apple Cinnamon Filling

For the Batter

For the Glaze

powdered sugar

Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
In a mixing bowl, combine the ingredients for the apple cinnamon filling and set aside.
In another bowl, mix the dry ingredients for the batter. In a separate bowl, cream the butter and sugar, then add the egg, vanilla, and buttermilk.
Combine the wet and dry ingredients, then fold in the apple filling.
Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for about 50 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
While the bread is baking, prepare the glaze by mixing the powdered sugar and heavy cream until smooth.
Once baked, let the bread cool for a few minutes, then drizzle with the glaze before serving.
Notes
Store any leftover bread in an airtight container for up to three days.
