Baked Turkey Wings

Simple baked turkey wings seasoned with paprika, garlic, and thyme.

Ingredients
  

  • 3-4 turkey wings, separated at the joints
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil or melted butter
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt or to taste
  • 1 teaspoon thyme dried or fresh
  • 1 cup chicken or turkey broth

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Pat turkey wings dry and place in a large bowl.
  • Add olive oil, onion, garlic, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, salt, and thyme to the bowl. Toss to coat the wings evenly.
  • Transfer the wings to a baking dish and pour broth around them.
  • Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes.
  • Remove foil and bake for another 15 minutes until golden brown.

Notes

Serve with mashed potatoes or rice.
