turkey wings, separated at the joints

or melted butter

paprika

black pepper

teaspoon

dried or fresh

chicken or turkey broth
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Pat turkey wings dry and place in a large bowl.
Add olive oil, onion, garlic, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, salt, and thyme to the bowl. Toss to coat the wings evenly.
Transfer the wings to a baking dish and pour broth around them.
Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes.
Remove foil and bake for another 15 minutes until golden brown.
Notes
Serve with mashed potatoes or rice.
