  • 3 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced
  • 3 cups potatoes, small-diced
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

Sauce & Seasonings

  • 1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup heavy cream or milk
  • 2 tablespoon butter
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Garnish

  • Fresh chives or parsley for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish.
  • In a large bowl, combine chicken, potatoes, broccoli, onion, and garlic.
  • In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in sour cream, heavy cream, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  • Pour the sauce over the chicken mixture and toss to coat evenly.
  • Transfer the mixture to the baking dish and sprinkle with cheddar cheese.
  • Bake for 40-45 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
  • Garnish with fresh chives or parsley before serving.

Notes

For a crispier top, broil for 2-3 minutes after baking.
