Ingredients
  

For the Filling

  • 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken rotisserie chicken works well
  • 1 package cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

For the Rolls

  • 2 cans refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • ½ cup breadcrumbs optional, for topping
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley optional, for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  • Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles.
  • Place a spoonful of the chicken mixture on the wide end of each triangle and roll it up.
  • Place the rolls on a baking sheet, brush them with melted butter, and sprinkle with breadcrumbs if using.
  • Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

These rolls can be served warm or at room temperature. Feel free to customize the filling with your favorite ingredients.
