For the Meatballs

For the Spinach Alfredo Sauce

spinach

heavy cream

Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a bowl, mix ground chicken, ricotta cheese, parmesan cheese, egg, and garlic powder. Form into meatballs.
Place meatballs on a baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes until cooked through.
In a saucepan, heat heavy cream and add spinach, parmesan cheese, and minced garlic. Cook until spinach wilts.
Serve the meatballs with the spinach Alfredo sauce over the top.
Notes
You can substitute ground turkey for a lighter option.
