Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups broccoli florets steamed until tender-crisp, then finely chopped
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs plain or Italian seasoned
  • cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 large eggs beaten
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • cooking spray for greasing the sheet

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking sheet with cooking spray.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped broccoli, breadcrumbs, cheddar, Parmesan, eggs, flour, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Shape the mixture into small balls and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake for 18-20 minutes or until golden brown.

Notes

Serve warm with a dipping sauce of your choice.
