Ingredients
  

  • 200 g brie cheese 7 oz wheel
  • 3-4 tablespoons pepper jelly

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Place the brie wheel on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Spread the red pepper jelly evenly over the top of the brie.
  • Bake for 10-15 minutes until the cheese is soft and the jelly is bubbly.
  • Serve warm with crackers or bread.

Notes

You can use any flavor of jelly you prefer.
