Baked Brie with Fig Jam and Pecans

A simple baked brie recipe with fig jam and pecans, perfect for serving with crackers or bread.

Ingredients
  

For the Baked Brie

  • 1 8-10 oz wheel of Brie cheese
  • ¼ cup fig jam
  • ¼ cup chopped walnuts or pecans optional
  • 1 tablespoon honey optional
  • 1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves optional

For Serving

  • Crackers, sliced baguette, or fresh fruit

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Place the brie wheel on a baking sheet or in a small oven-safe dish.
  • Spread the fig jam on top of the brie.
  • Sprinkle the chopped pecans and thyme leaves over the jam.
  • Drizzle with honey if desired.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the brie is soft and slightly melted.
  • Serve warm with crackers, sliced baguette, or fresh fruit.

Notes

For added flavor, toast the pecans before adding them to the brie.
