Ingredients
For the Baked Brie

8-10 oz wheel of Brie cheese

cup
fig jam
¼
cup
chopped walnuts or pecans

tablespoon
honey
optional
1
teaspoon
fresh thyme leaves
optional
For Serving
Crackers, sliced baguette, or fresh fruit
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Place the brie wheel on a baking sheet or in a small oven-safe dish.
Spread the fig jam on top of the brie.
Sprinkle the chopped pecans and thyme leaves over the jam.
Drizzle with honey if desired.
Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the brie is soft and slightly melted.
Serve warm with crackers, sliced baguette, or fresh fruit.
Notes
For added flavor, toast the pecans before adding them to the brie.
