Ingredients
  

For the Salmon

  • 4 6 oz skinless salmon fillets

For the Topping

  • 8 oz garlic & herb Boursin cheese
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • 2 teaspoon fresh thyme, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Place the salmon fillets in a baking dish. Spread the Boursin cheese evenly on top of each fillet.
  • In a bowl, mix panko breadcrumbs, olive oil, parsley, thyme, salt, and pepper. Sprinkle the mixture over the salmon.
  • Bake for 20 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through and the topping is golden brown.

Notes

You can substitute the Boursin cheese with any flavored cream cheese if desired.
