For the Salmon

For the Topping

garlic & herb Boursin cheese

panko breadcrumbs

olive oil

fresh parsley, chopped

teaspoon
fresh thyme, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
Place the salmon fillets in a baking dish. Spread the Boursin cheese evenly on top of each fillet.
In a bowl, mix panko breadcrumbs, olive oil, parsley, thyme, salt, and pepper. Sprinkle the mixture over the salmon.
Bake for 20 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through and the topping is golden brown.
Notes
You can substitute the Boursin cheese with any flavored cream cheese if desired.
