- ½ avocado sliced
- 4 slices mozzarella cheese
- 4 cherry tomatoes sliced in half
- 2 slices multigrain bread such as Ezekiel sprouted grain bread
- Butter for spreading
Heat a skillet over medium heat.
Butter one side of each bread slice.
Place one slice of bread, buttered side down, in the skillet.
Layer with mozzarella, avocado, and tomatoes.
Top with the second bread slice, buttered side up.
