Instructions
Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add chicken pieces and season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Cook until chicken is browned and cooked through, about 7-10 minutes.
In a mixing bowl, combine mango, soy sauce, honey, vinegar, garlic, ginger, and chili flakes. Pour the mango glaze over the cooked chicken, stirring to coat. Add cornstarch mixture and cook until the glaze thickens, about 2 minutes.
