In a large bowl, combine the green cabbage, purple cabbage, carrots, red bell pepper, green onions, and cilantro leaves.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the sesame seeds, rice vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar, garlic, and ginger. Pour over the cabbage mixture and toss to coat.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
