Ingredients
  

For the Chicken Filling

  • 2 pieces boneless skinless chicken breasts, diced
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
  • 1 tablespoon teriyaki sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • ½ teaspoon grated fresh ginger

For the Slaw

  • 1 cup shredded green cabbage
  • ½ cup shredded carrots
  • 2 tablespoons chopped green onions
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • pinch salt

For the Wonton Shells

  • 12 pieces wonton wrappers
  • as needed Nonstick cooking spray

Optional Toppings

  • to taste chopped cilantro
  • to taste sesame seeds
  • to taste extra green onions

Instructions
 

  • In a skillet, heat sesame oil over medium heat. Add chicken and cook until no longer pink. Stir in soy sauce, hoisin sauce, teriyaki sauce, honey, garlic, and ginger. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
  • In a bowl, combine cabbage, carrots, green onions, rice vinegar, sesame oil, sugar, and salt. Mix well.
  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Arrange wonton wrappers on a baking sheet and spray with nonstick cooking spray. Bake for 8-10 minutes until golden.
  • Fill each wonton shell with chicken mixture and top with slaw. Add optional toppings if desired.

Notes
