Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
In another bowl, cream butter and sugars until light and fluffy. Mix in applesauce and vanilla.
Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients, mixing until combined. Fold in white chocolate chips.
Scoop dough onto prepared baking sheets, spacing 2 inches apart. Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are golden.
Let cookies cool on baking sheets for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.

Store cookies in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
