Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Roll out the puff pastry and cut into squares.
In a bowl, mix the diced apples with cream cheese, sugar, and cinnamon.
Place a spoonful of filling in the center of each pastry square.
Fold the corners of the pastry over the filling and brush with egg wash.
Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
Notes
