Ingredients
  

For the Poached Egg

  • 1 egg fresh cold or room temperature
  • 2 tablespoon water per ramekin
  • cooking spray or oil to grease ramekin
  • salt & pepper to taste, for serving

Optional Toppings

  • everything bagel seasoning optional
  • chili flakes optional
  • chopped parsley or chives optional garnish

Instructions
 

  • Grease the ramekin with cooking spray or oil.
  • Crack the egg into the ramekin and add 2 tablespoons of water.
  • Season with salt and pepper, if desired.
  • Place the ramekin in the air fryer and cook at 270°F (130°C) for 8 minutes.
  • Carefully remove the ramekin and serve with optional toppings.

Notes

You can adjust the cooking time for firmer or softer eggs based on your preference.
