For the Mahi Mahi

olive oil or avocado oil

teaspoon
paprika or smoked paprika
1
teaspoon
granulated garlic
1
teaspoon
freshly cracked black pepper
½
teaspoon
kosher salt

teaspoons
fresh lemon juice
2
tablespoons
garlic herb butter
divided
Instructions
Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
In a bowl, mix olive oil, paprika, granulated garlic, black pepper, kosher salt, and lemon juice. Coat the mahi mahi fillets with this mixture.
Place the fillets in the air fryer basket. Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through.
In the last 2 minutes of cooking, add garlic herb butter on top of the fillets.
Remove from the air fryer and serve hot.
Notes
For extra flavor, you can add herbs like parsley or dill before serving.
