Ingredients
  

For the Mahi Mahi

  • 2 fillets mahi mahi about 1 pound
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil or avocado oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika or smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon granulated garlic
  • 1 teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons garlic herb butter divided

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a bowl, mix olive oil, paprika, granulated garlic, black pepper, kosher salt, and lemon juice. Coat the mahi mahi fillets with this mixture.
  • Place the fillets in the air fryer basket. Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  • In the last 2 minutes of cooking, add garlic herb butter on top of the fillets.
  • Remove from the air fryer and serve hot.

Notes

For extra flavor, you can add herbs like parsley or dill before serving.
