Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 head Cauliflower
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Honey
  • 2 tablespoons Sriracha sauce

Additional Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce (or tamari)
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Smoked paprika
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Garnishing Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons Chopped green onions
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame seeds

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine cauliflower florets with olive oil, honey, sriracha, soy sauce, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss until fully coated.
  • Place the cauliflower in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 15 minutes, shaking halfway through.
  • Once cooked, remove the cauliflower and garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds before serving.

Notes

You can adjust the sriracha amount to suit your spice preference. Serve immediately for the best texture.
