In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
Add taco seasoning and water to the beef. Stir and simmer for about 5 minutes.
Assemble the crunchwrap by layering ingredients on a tortilla: beef mixture, nacho cheese, tostadas or chips, sour cream, lettuce, tomatoes, and cheese.
Fold the tortilla edges over the filling and place the crunchwrap seam-side down in the air fryer.
Air fry at 350°F for 5-7 minutes until crispy and golden.

You can customize the ingredients based on your preferences. Try adding jalapeños for extra heat.
