  • 1 medium cauliflower head, cut into florets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika (sweet or smoked)
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch (optional but gives extra crispness)

Optional Add-Ins

  • chili flakes to taste
  • lemon zest to taste
  • Parmesan cheese (added after cooking)
  • onion powder to taste
  • hot sauce for serving

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine cauliflower florets, olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, and cornstarch. Toss to coat evenly.
  • Add the cauliflower to the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  • Remove from the air fryer and add optional toppings like Parmesan cheese, chili flakes, or lemon zest, if desired. Serve with hot sauce.
