Instructions
Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine cauliflower florets, olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, and cornstarch. Toss to coat evenly.
Add the cauliflower to the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
Remove from the air fryer and add optional toppings like Parmesan cheese, chili flakes, or lemon zest, if desired. Serve with hot sauce.
