Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz Cream Cheese softened
  • ¼ cup Powdered Sugar
  • ½ teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • ¼ cup Strawberry Jam or Preserves
  • to taste Fresh Strawberries diced (optional)
  • 20-24 pieces Wonton Wrappers
  • as needed Water for sealing the edges
  • as needed Vegetable Oil for frying

Instructions
 

  • Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  • Fold in strawberry jam and diced strawberries if using.
  • Place a teaspoon of filling in the center of each wonton wrapper.
  • Brush edges with water, fold into triangles, and press to seal.
  • Heat oil to 350°F (175°C) and fry wontons until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes.
  • Drain on paper towels and serve warm.

Notes

  • Use room-temperature cream cheese for easier mixing.
  • Do not overfill wontons to prevent bursting.
  • Serve immediately for best texture.
