- 2 large chicken breasts boneless and skinless
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup fresh spinach leaves optional
- ½ cup sour cream for serving
- ¼ cup fresh cilantro chopped (for garnish)
Season chicken breasts with paprika, onion powder, oregano, salt, and pepper.
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
Add chicken to the pan and cook for 6-7 minutes per side until fully cooked.
Remove chicken, let it rest for 2 minutes, then slice thinly.
