self-rising flour
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Mix the mashed sweet potatoes and self-rising flour in a bowl until a dough forms.
Divide the dough into 12 equal portions and shape them into rolls.
Place the rolls on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes, or until golden brown.
Notes
Let the rolls cool slightly before serving. Store leftovers in an airtight container.
