Ingredients
For the Cake
- 42 ounces cherry pie filling two 21-ounce cans
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 15.25 ounces box yellow cake mix
- 1 cup unsalted butter melted
For the Milk
- ½ cup whole milk
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a baking dish, spread the cherry pie filling evenly.
- Add the vanilla extract over the cherry filling.
- Sprinkle the yellow cake mix over the cherry filling evenly.
- Pour the melted butter and whole milk over the cake mix.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
Notes
Serve warm with ice cream if desired.
