Description
A refreshing and tangy triple berry lemonade made with fresh lemons and a mix of berries.
Ingredients
Scale
- 4 cups of water, divided
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup fresh squeezed lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon finely grated lemon peel
- 1 ½ cups frozen thawed triple berry blend (or 2 cups fresh berries)
Instructions
- In a small saucepan, combine 1 cup of water and sugar. Heat over medium heat until sugar dissolves, then let cool.
- In a large pitcher, mix the lemon juice, lemon peel, and remaining 3 cups of water.
- Add the sugar syrup to the pitcher and stir well.
- Mash the berries lightly and add them to the lemonade.
- Stir, chill, and serve over ice.

- Adjust sugar to taste.
- Use fresh berries for a brighter flavor.
- Strain if you prefer a smoother texture.
