A quick and flavorful rice bowl with seasoned ground beef, crushed Doritos, and customizable toppings.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb. Ground beef
  • 1 packet Taco seasoning
  • 2 cups Cooked rice (white, brown, or Mexican-style)
  • 2 cups Nacho cheese Doritos (lightly crushed)
  • 1 cup Shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup Diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup Shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
  • ½ cup Sour cream
  • ½ cup Salsa or pico de gallo
  • 1 Sliced avocado or ½ cup Guacamole
  • ½ cup Black beans or corn kernels

Instructions

  1. Cook ground beef in a pan over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  2. Add taco seasoning and water as per packet instructions. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  3. Divide cooked rice into bowls.
  4. Top rice with seasoned ground beef.
  5. Add crushed Doritos and your choice of toppings.
  6. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • For extra crunch, add Doritos just before serving.
