Ingredients

- 1 lb. Ground beef
- 1 packet Taco seasoning
- 2 cups Cooked rice (white, brown, or Mexican-style)
- 2 cups Nacho cheese Doritos (lightly crushed)
- 1 cup Shredded lettuce
- 1 cup Diced tomatoes
- 1 cup Shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
- ½ cup Sour cream
- ½ cup Salsa or pico de gallo
- 1 Sliced avocado or ½ cup Guacamole
- ½ cup Black beans or corn kernels
Instructions
- Cook ground beef in a pan over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add taco seasoning and water as per packet instructions. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Divide cooked rice into bowls.
- Top rice with seasoned ground beef.
- Add crushed Doritos and your choice of toppings.
- Serve immediately.

- For extra crunch, add Doritos just before serving.
- Customize toppings based on preference.
