A fun twist on sushi, combining the classic flavors of s'mores with a playful presentation.
Ingredients

- 1/4 cup butter
- 10 oz. mini marshmallows
- 5 cups Rice Krispies cereal
- 2 cups marshmallow Fluff
- 1 cup crushed graham crackers
- 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips, melted (plus more for serving)
Instructions
- Melt butter and mini marshmallows together in a large saucepan over low heat.
- Stir in Rice Krispies cereal until well coated.
- Press mixture into a greased 9x13-inch baking dish and let cool.
- Spread marshmallow Fluff evenly over the cooled Rice Krispies layer.
- Sprinkle crushed graham crackers on top.
- Pour melted chocolate chips over the graham cracker layer.
- Cut into sushi-sized rectangles and serve with extra melted chocolate for dipping.
