Description

A simple slow cooker recipe for tender beef and cheddar sandwiches.


Ingredients

  • 2-3 pound chuck roast
  • 2 teaspoons dried minced onion
  • 1 teaspoon Montreal steak seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 ½ cups Arby's sauce plus more for topping
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese sauce (Ricos brand recommended)
  • 6 onion rolls

Instructions

  1. Place the chuck roast in the slow cooker.
  2. Add dried minced onion, Montreal steak seasoning, and Worcestershire sauce.
  3. Pour Arby's sauce over the roast.
  4. Cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours until meat is tender.
  5. Shred the beef and mix with the sauce.
  6. Serve on onion rolls topped with cheddar cheese sauce.
