A simple slow cooker recipe for tender beef and cheddar sandwiches.
Ingredients

- 2-3 pound chuck roast
- 2 teaspoons dried minced onion
- 1 teaspoon Montreal steak seasoning
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 ½ cups Arby's sauce plus more for topping
- 1 cup cheddar cheese sauce (Ricos brand recommended)
- 6 onion rolls
Instructions
- Place the chuck roast in the slow cooker.
- Add dried minced onion, Montreal steak seasoning, and Worcestershire sauce.
- Pour Arby's sauce over the roast.
- Cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours until meat is tender.
- Shred the beef and mix with the sauce.
- Serve on onion rolls topped with cheddar cheese sauce.
