Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning mix
- 1 can (16 oz) refried beans
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup guacamole
- 1 cup salsa
- 2 cups shredded lettuce (iceberg or romaine)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup sliced black olives
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- Tortilla chips (for serving, optional)
Instructions
- Cook ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add taco seasoning mix and water as directed on the packet. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Spread refried beans in the bottom of a large serving dish.
- Layer cooked ground beef over the beans.
- Spread sour cream evenly over the beef.
- Add a layer of guacamole.
- Pour salsa over the guacamole.
- Top with shredded lettuce, cheese, tomatoes, olives, and green onions.
- Serve with tortilla chips if desired.
