  • 1 cup guacamole
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 2 cups shredded lettuce (iceberg or romaine)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup sliced black olives
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • Tortilla chips (for serving, optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  2. Add taco seasoning mix and water as directed on the packet. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  3. Spread refried beans in the bottom of a large serving dish.
  4. Layer cooked ground beef over the beans.
  5. Spread sour cream evenly over the beef.
  6. Add a layer of guacamole.
  7. Pour salsa over the guacamole.
  8. Top with shredded lettuce, cheese, tomatoes, olives, and green onions.
  9. Serve with tortilla chips if desired.
