- 1 (3.9 oz) package instant chocolate pudding mix
- 1¾ cups cold milk
- 1 cup whipped topping (Cool Whip or homemade)
- 1 cup sweetened shredded coconut
- ½ cup chopped pecans
- ½ cup sweetened condensed milk
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- Optional: shaved white chocolate or extra pecans for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk the chocolate pudding mix with cold milk until smooth.
- Fold in the whipped topping until fully combined.
- Pour the mixture into the graham cracker crust and spread evenly.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to set.
- In another bowl, mix shredded coconut, chopped pecans, sweetened condensed milk, melted butter, vanilla extract, and salt.
- Spread the coconut-pecan topping over the chilled chocolate layer.
- Garnish with shaved white chocolate or extra pecans if desired.
- Refrigerate for another 30 minutes before serving.

- Use whole milk for a creamier texture.
- Toast pecans lightly for extra flavor.
