Ingredients

- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup pecans, chopped
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Combine sugar, butter, and heavy cream in a saucepan.
- Heat over medium heat until boiling, stirring constantly.
- Boil for 1 minute, then remove from heat.
- Stir in vanilla extract, pecans, cranberries, oats, and salt.
- Drop spoonfuls onto parchment paper.
- Let cool until firm.
