  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the mashed potatoes, shredded cheese, eggs, flour, salt, pepper, and garlic powder until well combined.
  3. Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of the mixture and roll into balls.
  4. Coat each ball in breadcrumbs and place them on the baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden and crispy.
  6. Let them cool slightly before serving.
