- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar

- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
- 1 pound button mushrooms, cleaned and stems trimmed
- Wooden or metal skewers
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, Dijon mustard, honey, thyme, rosemary, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Add the mushrooms to the marinade, toss to coat, and let sit for at least 30 minutes.
- If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 20 minutes to prevent burning.
- Thread the mushrooms onto the skewers.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Grill the skewers for 6-8 minutes, turning occasionally, until mushrooms are tender and slightly charred.
- Serve hot.

- For extra flavor, marinate the mushrooms overnight.
- Use cremini or portobello mushrooms for a richer taste.
- Baste with leftover marinade while grilling for added moisture.
