Ingredients

- 12 oz fresh or frozen cranberries (thawed, if frozen)
- 1 peeled orange
- 2 tsp orange zest
- 16 oz fresh or frozen strawberries (thawed, if frozen)
- 1/4 tsp ground cloves
- 1/4 tsp allspice
- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
- 4 cups cane sugar
- 1 – 1.75 oz powdered fruit pectin
- 1/2 cup water
Instructions
- Wash and prepare all fruits.
- Combine cranberries, strawberries, orange, orange zest, water, and spices in a large pot.
- Cook over medium heat until fruits soften and release juices.
- Stir in sugar and pectin, then bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat and simmer until thickened, stirring occasionally.
- Remove from heat and let cool slightly before transferring to sterilized jars.
- Seal jars and store in the refrigerator or process for longer shelf life.
