  • 16 oz fresh or frozen strawberries (thawed, if frozen)
  • 1/4 tsp ground cloves
  • 1/4 tsp allspice
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 4 cups cane sugar
  • 11.75 oz powdered fruit pectin
  • 1/2 cup water

Instructions

  1. Wash and prepare all fruits.
  2. Combine cranberries, strawberries, orange, orange zest, water, and spices in a large pot.
  3. Cook over medium heat until fruits soften and release juices.
  4. Stir in sugar and pectin, then bring to a boil.
  5. Reduce heat and simmer until thickened, stirring occasionally.
  6. Remove from heat and let cool slightly before transferring to sterilized jars.
  7. Seal jars and store in the refrigerator or process for longer shelf life.
