Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs are savory, cheesy bites packed with ground beef, cheddar, and a garlic parmesan topping.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1⁄2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tube refrigerated biscuit dough (about 8 biscuits)
  • 1⁄4 cup butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons finely minced garlic
  • 1⁄4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Brown ground beef in a pan. Drain excess fat.
  3. Season beef with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix well.
  4. Let beef cool slightly, then stir in shredded cheddar cheese.
  5. Roll out biscuit dough and spoon beef mixture onto each piece.
  6. Fold dough over filling, sealing edges tightly.
  7. Place bombs seam-side down on a baking sheet.
  8. Mix melted butter and minced garlic. Brush over bombs.
  9. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.
  10. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
  11. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
