  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions

  2. Add cauliflower florets and sauté for 5 minutes.
  3. Add mushrooms and cook for another 5 minutes.
  4. Stir in garlic, smoked paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper.
  5. Cook for 2 minutes until fragrant.
  6. Sprinkle with lemon juice and Parmesan cheese (if using).
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
