- 1 small head cauliflower, cut into florets
- 8 oz mushrooms, sliced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ tsp smoked paprika
- ½ tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt & black pepper, to taste
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- ¼ cup Parmesan cheese (optional)
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions
- Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add cauliflower florets and sauté for 5 minutes.
- Add mushrooms and cook for another 5 minutes.
- Stir in garlic, smoked paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper.
- Cook for 2 minutes until fragrant.
- Sprinkle with lemon juice and Parmesan cheese (if using).
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

- Use a mix of mushrooms like cremini or shiitake for deeper flavor.
- Skip Parmesan for a vegan version.
