Ingredients

  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter (plus more for cooking)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Mix dry ingredients (flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, salt) in a bowl.
  2. In another bowl, whisk buttermilk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
  3. Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and stir until combined.
  4. Heat a pan over medium heat and lightly grease with butter.
  5. Pour ¼ cup batter for each pancake.
  6. Cook until bubbles form, then flip and cook until golden brown.
  7. Serve warm.
