- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- For the Creamy Garlic Sauce:
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- For the Ramen Bowl:
- 4 packs ramen noodles (discard seasoning packets)
- 2 soft-boiled eggs, halved
- ½ cup green onions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- 1 tablespoon chili oil (optional, for extra heat)
Instructions
- Prepare the spicy chicken broth by combining all broth ingredients in a pot and simmering for 15 minutes.
- Season the chicken with soy sauce, chili powder, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Cook in vegetable oil until done, then slice.
- Make the creamy garlic sauce by sautéing garlic in butter, then adding heavy cream, soy sauce, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper. Simmer until thickened.
- Cook ramen noodles according to package directions, then drain.
- Assemble the ramen bowls with noodles, broth, sliced chicken, soft-boiled eggs, green onions, sesame seeds, and chili oil if using.
- Drizzle with creamy garlic sauce before serving.

- Adjust chili paste and chili oil to control spice level.
- Discard seasoning packets from ramen noodles.
- Use fresh garlic for the best flavor in the sauce.
