  • For the Creamy Garlic Sauce:
    • 1 cup heavy cream
    • 4 cloves garlic, minced
    • 1 tablespoon butter
    • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
    • ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
    • ½ teaspoon salt
    • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • For the Ramen Bowl:
    • 4 packs ramen noodles (discard seasoning packets)
    • 2 soft-boiled eggs, halved
    • ½ cup green onions, chopped
    • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
    • 1 tablespoon chili oil (optional, for extra heat)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the spicy chicken broth by combining all broth ingredients in a pot and simmering for 15 minutes.
  2. Season the chicken with soy sauce, chili powder, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Cook in vegetable oil until done, then slice.
  3. Make the creamy garlic sauce by sautéing garlic in butter, then adding heavy cream, soy sauce, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper. Simmer until thickened.
  4. Cook ramen noodles according to package directions, then drain.
  5. Assemble the ramen bowls with noodles, broth, sliced chicken, soft-boiled eggs, green onions, sesame seeds, and chili oil if using.
  6. Drizzle with creamy garlic sauce before serving.
