  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup buttermilk
  • 3 large eggs

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Place the pre-made pie crust in a 9-inch pie dish and set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk together the sugar, buttermilk, eggs, flour, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth.
  4. Arrange the sliced strawberries evenly over the bottom of the pie crust.
  5. Pour the buttermilk mixture over the strawberries.
  6. Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until the filling is set and the crust is golden brown.
  7. Let the pie cool completely before serving.
