A delicious hybrid of churros and muffins, Churro Cruffins combine the flaky texture of puff pastry with the sweet cinnamon-sugar coating of churros.

- 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tbsp ground cinnamon
- Dulce de leche or chocolate spread (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out the puff pastry sheet and brush with melted butter.
- Cut the pastry into strips, then roll them into muffin shapes.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Mix sugar and cinnamon in a bowl.
- While still warm, coat each cruffin in the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
- Fill with dulce de leche or chocolate spread if desired.
- Serve warm.

- Thaw puff pastry in the fridge overnight for best results.
- Customize the filling with your favorite spreads.
- Best enjoyed fresh but can be reheated in the oven.
