- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup bittersweet chocolate, chopped
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 3 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Melt butter and chocolate together in a saucepan over low heat, stirring until smooth.
- Remove from heat and whisk in sugar, cocoa powder, eggs, vanilla, and salt until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into the pre-baked pie crust.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the edges are set but the center is slightly jiggly.
- Let cool before serving.
