Description

A quick and easy recipe for crispy BBQ chicken wraps, perfect for a tasty lunch or dinner.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded (rotisserie chicken works great!)
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1/4 cup red onion, chopped
  • 1/2 cup barbecue sauce, your favorite kind
  • 4-5 large flour tortillas
  • 2 Tablespoons oil (vegetable or canola oil)

Instructions

  1. Shred the cooked chicken and place it in a bowl.
  2. Add shredded cheddar cheese, chopped cilantro, chopped red onion, and barbecue sauce. Mix well.
  3. Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add oil.
  4. Place a tortilla in the skillet and spoon the chicken mixture onto one half.
  5. Fold the tortilla over and press lightly. Cook until golden brown, then flip and cook the other side.
  6. Repeat with remaining tortillas and filling.
  7. Serve warm.

Notes

  • Use rotisserie chicken for quicker prep.
  • Adjust barbecue sauce to your taste.
  • Serve with extra sauce for dipping.
