A quick and easy recipe for crispy BBQ chicken wraps, perfect for a tasty lunch or dinner.

- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded (rotisserie chicken works great!)
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1/4 cup red onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup barbecue sauce, your favorite kind
- 4-5 large flour tortillas
- 2 Tablespoons oil (vegetable or canola oil)
Instructions
- Shred the cooked chicken and place it in a bowl.
- Add shredded cheddar cheese, chopped cilantro, chopped red onion, and barbecue sauce. Mix well.
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add oil.
- Place a tortilla in the skillet and spoon the chicken mixture onto one half.
- Fold the tortilla over and press lightly. Cook until golden brown, then flip and cook the other side.
- Repeat with remaining tortillas and filling.
- Serve warm.

- Use rotisserie chicken for quicker prep.
- Adjust barbecue sauce to your taste.
- Serve with extra sauce for dipping.
