- 1/8 tsp ground nutmeg (optional)
- 10 oz pasta or spaghetti squash or vegetables
- optional grilled or roasted veggies, beans, etc.
Instructions
- Blend red bell pepper, water, cashews, nutritional yeast, salt, onion powder, turmeric, and nutmeg until smooth.
- Cook pasta or prepare spaghetti squash or vegetables.
- Combine sauce with cooked pasta or vegetables.
- Top with optional grilled or roasted veggies or beans if desired.

- For a richer taste, roast the red bell pepper before blending.
