Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Blend cottage cheese, eggs, Parmesan, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning until smooth.
- Pour the mixture onto a lined baking sheet and spread evenly.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until golden and firm.
- Let cool slightly before rolling or cutting into wraps.
