Instructions
- In a pitcher, combine lemon juice and sweetened condensed milk.
- Stir well until fully mixed.
- Add cold water and simple syrup (if using). Stir again.
- Fill glasses with ice cubes.
- Pour the lemonade over ice.
- Garnish with lemon slices and fresh mint leaves.
- Serve chilled.

- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less simple syrup.
