Ingredients

- 2 ½ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 ½ cups brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (alcohol-free)
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- 1 tablespoon milk
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking pan.
- In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, combine melted butter and brown sugar. Stir in eggs and vanilla.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to wet mixture. Mix well.
- Spread batter evenly in the pan. Sprinkle cinnamon on top.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Mix powdered sugar and milk to make glaze. Drizzle over cooled bars.
- Cut into squares and serve.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
- For extra flavor, add chopped nuts or raisins.
