- 1/3 cup milk
- 2 cups corn kernels, frozen, canned, or roasted
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme

- freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley leaves, chopped
Instructions
- In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.
- Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add cream cheese and milk, stirring until smooth.
- Mix in corn, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top and let it melt.
- Garnish with parsley before serving.
