Description

A sweet twist on traditional bruschetta, combining chocolate and strawberries on toasted sourdough.


Ingredients

  • 8 1/2-inch-thick slices sourdough bread
  • 2 Tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 4 oz. cream cheese, at room temp
  • 1/3 cup Nutella hazelnut spread
  • 2 cups diced strawberries
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts, toasted


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Brush bread slices with melted butter.
  3. Toast in the oven until golden, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Spread cream cheese on each slice.
  5. Add Nutella on top of the cream cheese.
  6. Top with diced strawberries.
  7. Sprinkle toasted walnuts over the strawberries.
  8. Serve immediately.
