Description

Ingredients

  • 3 cups Rice Krispies cereal
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
  • Pinch of sea salt (optional)

Instructions

  1. Melt peanut butter and butter in a saucepan over low heat.
  2. Stir in mini marshmallows until fully melted.
  3. Remove from heat and mix in vanilla extract and sea salt.
  4. Fold in Rice Krispies until evenly coated.
  5. Press mixture into lined muffin tins.
  6. Melt chocolate chips and spread over each cup.
  7. Chill for 30 minutes before serving.
